Terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-30About these terms
These terms apply to the Unigem app and this website. By using Unigem you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Unigem.
Reference only — not advice
Unigem is a reference app. It displays market data published by third parties and detected from public blockchains, for reference only.
Nothing in Unigem is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token or to use any trading service. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) and allowed to use services like Unigem under the laws that apply to you.
Data and availability
Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and data sources may change or stop without notice. Risk checks are automated and can miss problems; “not detected” does not mean safe.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Unigem at any time.
Third-party services
Trade links and other external links open independent services with their own terms, fees and risks. Unigem does not control or vouch for them.
Market, risk and tokenized-asset data come from third-party providers: GeckoTerminal (data provided by CoinGecko), DEX Screener, GoPlus Security and DefiLlama. Their data and APIs remain their property. The providers are not responsible for Unigem or for how you use their data, and they give no warranty for it; Unigem alone is responsible for the app.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Unigem: for example, don’t try to disrupt the service, overload Unigem’s server, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Unigem is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Unigem is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, the website or the data shown, including trading losses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Unigem after a change means you accept it.
